This Belgian sea side based company produces a large range of high quality sauces and dressings in pails and large containers.
In order to start production of squeeze bottles and tube type containers and bottles, they looked for a very flexible system with quick and easy format change , to fill, cap and label the containers at an output of up to 2000bph.
The customer now invests in a twin headed filling unit, fitted onto an automatic rotary star. This is very flexible rotary system with very easy format changeover including auto centering .
An automatic capper will be also installed onto the star, to complete the very compact system.
The filled and capped bottles and containers are then transported to the automatic labeller, also from Fill-Pack.
The provided labelling options are : labels on two sides onto oval shaped bottles and wrap around labelling onto round shaped bottles.
